Crowned Blueprint Consulting was founded by Jasmine McKenzie, whose experience supporting federal programs shaped her perspective on effective consulting. She believes successful outcomes require practical expertise, accountability, and a genuine understanding of the challenges facing government organizations. Her decision to establish the firm reflects her commitment to bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to complex federal initiatives.
Jasmine brings experience in federal acquisition, program and portfolio management, and cybersecurity. She holds an MBA along with her PMP, CISA, Security+, and Agile (Scrum) certifications. Her background bridges business, project delivery, and security, providing a well-rounded perspective on complex programs.
As founder, Jasmine takes a hands-on approach to client relationships and engagement delivery. Clients benefit from her direct involvement, attention to detail, and commitment to quality from initial discussions through final deliverables. She values clear communication, responsiveness, and following through on commitments, ensuring that each engagement receives the care and professional attention it deserves.
